Mahnoor Khan

Mahnoor is an investment professional focused on renewable energy finance, project structuring, and capital markets execution. In her role at Burj Clean Energy Modaraba, she supports the evaluation and structuring of clean energy transactions, coordinating across stakeholders to move opportunities from diligence through to execution.

Her experience includes structuring Pakistan’s first green captive power transaction under a lease arrangement, enabling the financing and execution of a 7.5 MW wind project. She has also led the fund’s inaugural Sukuk issuance and participated in the Initial Offering (IO) execution workstream for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange GEM Board, gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory processes and investor engagement. Her work spans due diligence, financial modelling, transaction structuring, ratings support, and the preparation of investment proposals for clients and partners.

Academically, she co-authored a case study that secured third place in the 2024 Africa & Middle East Emerald Case Writing Competition. She holds an MBA in Finance, combining strong analytical grounding with practical, transaction-focused execution.
